  • Heavy Lights Unplugged | 8:00PM-9:00PM | Gravel & Grind | Join our friends over at Gravel & Grind for a night of live stripped down music by Heavy Lights. Wind down in this relaxing atmosphere. Tickets are just $5. BYOB. You don' want to miss it. For more info, click here.

  • Blooms at the Bear Craft Activity | 3:00PM-6:00PM | Dancing Bear Toy and Gifts | Help us turn April showers into May flowers! Kids can create brightly colored flowers to take home. For ages 3+. Free admission.
  • April First Saturday : Going Green in Downtown Frederick | 3:00PM-9:00PM | Downtown Frederick | Downtown Frederick
    Partnership is welcoming the new month with April's First Saturday event: Going Green in Downtown Frederick. Learn about sustainable practices within our downtown, peruse gallery openings, late shopping hours and delicious dining options! There are plenty of activities for all ages.   • Free Community Shred | 3:00PM-7:00PM | Habitat for Humanity ReStore (622 N Market St) | A free community shred will take place in the parking lot of ReStore to help celebrate Going Green in Downtown Frederick. This event helps to recycle paper through a sustainable outlet. 
  • Retro Prom 2016 | 7:00PM-11:00PM | William Talley Rec Center | Join Maryland Ensemble Theatre as they host their 12th annual Retro Prom fundraiser. Dance the night away with the DJ and the MET company! Prom attire (any decade) is encouraged, though not required. This fun night includes a cash bar, dancing, auction, prom photos, door, prizes, a late-night pizza party, and so much more! Happy Hour from 7:00-8:00PM. Sunday | April 3, 2016: |
  • Isabella's Famous Brunch | 8:00AM-3:00PM | Isabella's Taverna & Tapas Bar | Grab a friend and head down to Isabella's to start your Sunday off just right! Traditional American brunch including eggs, bacon, pancakes, french toast, and much more! Plus hand-crafted bloody mary's and mimosas! Yum!
  • Seven Samurai | 2:00PM-5:00PM | Weinberg Center for the Arts | Join the Weinberg for the showing of the 1954 film Seven Samurai as a part of their Cinema Classics Movies Series. This drama features a poor village under attack by bandits that recruits seven unemployed samurai to help them defend themselves.
