  • The Comedy Pigs | Maryland Ensemble Theatre | 10:30-11:30PM | Come spend your weekend with the Pigs! This hilarious comedy troupe will be sure to get you laughing. Tickets are just $14, but the laughs are priceless. For more information on the Pigs & to purchase tickets, click here.

  • Downtown Cooking School | Various Locations | 10:00AM-8:00PM | Join the Partnership this weekend in our annual Downtown Cooking School. Experience hands on classes at downtown restaurants, special how-to's, tips & tricks form restaurant pros, and learn how to make Downtown Frederick's favorite dishes.

  • Artifact Spotlight: Assistant Surgeon Louis Radzinsky and the 54th Massachusetts | National Museum of Civil War Medicine | 2:30-5:00PM | The National Museum of Civil War Medicine is home to a collection of medical artifacts from a member of one of the most famous African American units of the Civil War. Join the museum as they explore the story of the 54th Massachusetts on the anniversary of the Battle of Olustee. For more information, click here.
  • Donegal X-Press | Bushwaller's | 10:00PM | This Irish-American roots rock group is a high-energy, six-piece outfit that is sure to keep your night rocking. To learn more about the band, check out their website.

  • Downtown Brunch | You pick the Time & Place | While the sky is clear and warmer than usual, take advantage of it! Stroll along Downtown Frederick with a loved one or friend and take in the beauty of town. While your out have brunch at one of our many delicious eateries! Cafe Nola serves brunch from 9AM-2:30PM on Sundays, so maybe stop in there for a unique dining experience, as well as an artsy latte or adult brunch beverage (Personal Favs: Mimosas & a variety of Bloody Mary concoctions).
  • "Tootsie" | Weinberg Center for the Arts | 2:00PM | View this 1982 classic as a part of the Weinberg's CINEMA CLASSICS Film Series. "Tootsie" stars Dustin Hoffman, Jessica Lange and Teri Garr.   • The Last Hurrah | Maryland Ensemble Theatre | 7:00PM | The Last Hurrah is a weekly comedy show presented by MET-X.
