  • Happy Hour at Shuckin' Shack | 4:00-7:00PM | Head on down to the Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar to celebrate the end of the week and the start of the holiday weekend!   •  1964 - The Tribute | 8:00PM | Weinberg Center for the Arts Back by popular demand is the Fab Four celebration hailed by Rolling Stone as the "Best Beatles' tribute on Earth." A perennial favorite on the Weinberg stage, it's all the magic of John, Paul, George and Ringo, right here in Frederick!

  • "One Vast Hospital": Frederick's Civil War| 2:30-4:30PM | National Museum of Civil War MedicineNational Museum of Civil War Medicine Research Director, Terry Reimer, will reveal the secrets behind Frederick's use as a hospital during the aftermath of the 1862 Maryland Campaign. The talk will take place in the Museum's Delaplaine-Randall Conference Room and is included in admission to the Museum. It is free for Museum members! Click here for more information!
  • Lunch Date | You pick the time and place! | With over 50 eateries to chose from downtown, why not grab a friend and go for lunch at a local restaurant! There have been many recent grand openings, so pick a place and fill up on the yummy goodness!
  • Art Walk | Did you know that most of the art galleries downtown are open on Saturdays? While you're perusing the streets of Downtown Frederick, stop in to warm up and take in the beautiful artwork of local artists!

  • FCME Model Train Open House | 1:00-4:00PM | Frederick County Society of Model Enigneers Club Car |  The FCSME Catocin Central Railroad operating exhibit is a 56-foot HO scale layout housed inside a 70-foot, six-door Chesapeake and Ohio horse car.
